The Thomas Chair is made to order with an estimated production period of 24–28 weeks following order confirmation.

Each chair is carefully protected and packed for furniture freight. Delivery requirements and available service levels vary according to destination and may include threshold, room-of-choice or white-glove delivery where available.

For international orders, applicable duties, taxes, customs charges and destination-specific fees are calculated or quoted separately where required.

Vacuum periodically using a soft upholstery attachment to remove surface dust. For velvet, brush gently in the direction of the nap using a clean, soft upholstery brush.

Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry, absorbent cloth; do not rub. Avoid excessive moisture, household detergents, abrasive cleaners and solvent-based products unless specifically approved for the upholstery.

Professional upholstery cleaning is recommended when deeper cleaning is required. Protect from prolonged direct sunlight and strong heat sources, which may cause fading or affect the velvet pile.

Slight variations in nap, shading and surface appearance are inherent to velvet and are considered part of the material's character.
