An homage to one of the world's oldest and most extraordinary horse breeds, The Gilded Horse captures the Akhal-Teke in a study of champagne, limestone and burnished gold.

Celebrated for its extraordinary metallic coat and aristocratic silhouette, the Akhal-Teke emerges quietly from an atmospheric ground, rendered with the presence and restraint of a European equestrian portrait.

Each work is individually painted by hand in oil on fine linen, built through layers of pigment and translucent glazing that lend depth and luminosity to the horse's remarkable champagne coat. Subtle variations in brushwork, tone and surface are inherent to the hand-painted process, ensuring that no two works are precisely alike.

Presented within an antiqued, hand-finished gilt frame, the painting is conceived not simply as decoration, but as an heirloom object—one intended to acquire its place within a room over generations.

Each painting is individually rendered by hand and will exhibit subtle variations.
