Delivery service does not include installation or white-glove service unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

I especially recommend that last sentence given that you aren't offering white-glove delivery universally yet. It prevents customers from assuming that a luxury furniture purchase automatically includes installation.

LEATHER

Dust regularly with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Blot spills promptly without rubbing. Avoid household cleaners, solvents, silicone-based products, and abrasive treatments. Periodic professional leather care is recommended.

WOOL & WOVEN TEXTILES

Vacuum gently using a low-suction upholstery attachment. Blot spills immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth. Do not rub or saturate the fabric. Professional upholstery cleaning is recommended when required.

MERINO SHEARLING

Gently vacuum using low suction and a suitable upholstery attachment. Attend to spills promptly by blotting with a clean, dry cloth. Professional cleaning by a specialist experienced with natural shearling is recommended.

WOOD & BRASS

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged exposure to moisture. The brass hardware may naturally develop a patina over time, contributing to the character of the piece.

GENERAL CARE

Protect from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive heat or moisture. Rotate and gently dress removable cushions periodically to encourage even wear.
