MADE TO ORDER

The Hollingsworth Outdoor Sofa is individually made to order. Please allow approximately 24–28 weeks for production following final specification and order confirmation.

Each sofa is carefully protected and prepared for specialized furniture freight. Due to the scale of the piece, purchasers should confirm all access points—including gates, pathways, elevators, stairways, doorways and turning clearances—before ordering.

White-glove delivery, remote-area service, international freight, customs duties and other location-specific services may incur additional charges where applicable.

As each Hollingsworth Outdoor Sofa is made to order, it is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once production has commenced.

OUTDOOR PERFORMANCE UPHOLSTERY

Remove loose surface debris regularly using a soft brush or upholstery attachment. Attend to spills promptly by blotting with a clean, absorbent cloth rather than rubbing.

For deeper cleaning, follow the care instructions provided for the selected performance textile. Do not use bleach, solvents, abrasive cleaners or pressure-washing equipment unless specifically approved for the fabric.

Allow cushions to dry thoroughly after exposure to moisture. During prolonged periods of inclement weather or when the sofa will not be used for an extended period, we recommend storing cushions in a clean, dry, ventilated location or protecting the piece with a properly fitted breathable furniture cover.
