The Hemingway Upholstered Bunk Bed is made to order, with an estimated production period of 20–24 weeks following final order confirmation, upholstery selection and approval of all applicable specifications.

Each bed is carefully prepared for transport using protective packaging appropriate to its upholstered surfaces and solid hardwood construction.

Customers are responsible for verifying room dimensions, ceiling height, doorways, staircases and delivery access before placing an order.

Please note: Mattresses, bedding, pillows and decorative accessories are not included unless expressly stated.

As a made-to-order item, Hemingway is non-refundable, subject to applicable law and House of Ellory's published terms.

Vacuum upholstered surfaces regularly using a soft upholstery attachment to remove dust and maintain the fabric's appearance.

Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry, absorbent cloth. Do not rub or saturate the upholstery. Cleaning methods should follow the care instructions for the selected fabric.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive moisture and concentrated heat, which may affect upholstery color and material integrity.

Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach or harsh chemicals.

Professional upholstery cleaning is recommended when necessary.

Periodically inspect and tighten accessible structural fittings in accordance with the manufacturer's assembly and maintenance instructions. Discontinue use if any component becomes loose or damaged.
