SIGNATURE UPHOLSTERY COMPOSITION

The Haven's color arrangement is intentionally balanced, with Racing Green velvet forming the principal upholstery.

The five front-facing back cushions follow a symmetrical sequence:

Racing Green | Oxblood | Mustard | Oxblood | Racing Green

The front-facing surfaces feature refined vertical channels, while the reverse sides remain smooth and tailored in the corresponding velvet colors.

The exterior structural back is finished entirely in Racing Green velvet, creating a sophisticated, unified appearance from behind.

SIGNATURE FOUNDATION

A richly figured walnut burl plinth provides the Haven with its architectural foundation. The natural movement of the burl introduces depth and individuality, while refined brass detailing completes the composition with understated warmth.

Natural variations in wood grain, figuring, and coloration are inherent characteristics of genuine wood veneer and contribute to the individuality of each piece.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

The Haven is a substantial, multi-module furniture piece. Customers are responsible for confirming that their property can accommodate the dimensions of the sectional and its individual components.

• An adult must be present to accept and sign for delivery.
• Please ensure that all entryways, corridors, elevators, staircases, and installation areas are sufficiently accessible.
• A clear and unobstructed path must be provided for the delivery team.
• Customers should verify doorway dimensions, turning clearances, and any building-specific delivery restrictions before ordering.
• Special handling, lifting equipment, restricted-access delivery, and additional labor may incur separate charges.
• Full assembly, packaging removal, debris disposal, and white-glove placement are not automatically included unless expressly stated in the order confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International shipping arrangements, freight charges, customs duties, import taxes, and applicable handling fees will be confirmed according to the delivery destination and agreed shipping terms.

VELVET UPHOLSTERY

• Gently vacuum upholstery using a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris.

WALNUT BURL FOUNDATION

• Dust regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, excessive heat, and direct sunlight.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning products, silicone-based polishes, or harsh solvents.
• Protect the wood from impact and standing water.

BRASS DETAILING

• Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid abrasive metal polishes or chemical cleaners unless approved for the specific brass finish.
• Natural changes in tone may occur over time, depending on the final metal finish.

GENERAL CARE

Avoid standing or jumping on the chaise extensions or armrests.

Ensure that all modular connections remain securely engaged and that the sectional is positioned on a stable, level surface.
