The Clairvaux Pavilion is individually made to order with an estimated production period of 32–44 weeks following final design, engineering and material approval. Production begins after approval of the fabrication drawings, verification of the required site information and receipt of the applicable payment.

The pavilion is supplied as a fabricated architectural structure and delivered in specially constructed protective crates. The listed product price does not include site assessment, site preparation, foundations, permits, locally required engineering, freight, marine transport, customs duties, insurance in transit, off-loading, crane service, site storage, assembly or installation.

PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITIES

The purchaser is responsible for independently appointing appropriately qualified professionals to coordinate all site works, permits, local engineering, transportation, customs clearance, lifting, assembly and installation.

A prepared, professionally engineered foundation must be completed before delivery. The purchaser must also confirm suitable site access for commercial freight vehicles, lifting equipment and the appointed installation team.

House of Ellory will provide available product specifications and fabrication drawings for coordination with the purchaser’s architect, engineer, contractor and other appointed professionals.

Use a pH-neutral natural-stone cleanser and soft, nonabrasive cloths. Remove standing water and organic debris regularly. Clean glazing with a mild glass cleaner that is compatible with architectural seals.

Do not polish or chemically strip hand-finished metalwork. The selected brass patina may mature naturally with exposure. Arrange an annual professional inspection of glazing, sealants, drainage, lighting, anchors and structural connections.
