The Cavendish Chandelier brings together the traditions of fine saddlery and classical European crystal lighting in a striking architectural composition designed exclusively for House of Ellory.
A sculptural drum is meticulously tailored in richly grained full-grain leather, finished with tonal saddle stitching, precisely constructed seams, and signature short leather tabs secured with understated brass rivets. The craftsmanship is intentionally reminiscent of a beautifully made piece of equestrian leatherwork—structured, tactile, and designed to become more beautiful with time.
Beneath the tailored leather exterior, an elaborate chandelier of Swarovski crystal emerges softly from within the drum. Faceted crystal drops are arranged in a graduated, irregular cascade, capturing and refracting the light while preserving the graceful character of an antique European chandelier. Rather than concealing the crystalwork entirely, the leather architecture frames it, creating a dramatic contrast between supple leather and luminous crystal.
Aged brass suspension chains and coordinating metalwork complete the composition, bringing warmth and permanence to the fixture without competing with its two defining materials.
Both commanding and refined, the Cavendish is conceived as more than illumination. It is an architectural centerpiece—equally at home above a grand dining table, within an expansive kitchen, or suspended through the soaring volume of an entrance hall.
Handcrafted to order and offered in a selection of House of Ellory leather finishes and scales, each Cavendish Chandelier is individually produced for its intended interior.

Delivery
Due to the scale, value and delicate nature of the Cavendish, each chandelier is carefully prepared and crated for transport.
Shipping charges are calculated based on chandelier size, destination, and project requirements.
International orders may be subject to additional freight charges, customs duties, taxes and import requirements.
CARE
Dust leather surfaces regularly using a clean, soft, dry cloth.
For more thorough cleaning, gently wipe the leather with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and dry immediately. Do not saturate the leather.
Avoid household cleaners, solvents, abrasives, oils, waxes or silicone-based products unless specifically approved for the leather.
Crystal components may be carefully dusted with a soft, lint-free cloth. When additional cleaning is required, use a crystal-safe method appropriate to the manufacturer's recommendations.
Do not spray cleaning products directly onto the chandelier.
Avoid applying metal polish to aged-brass components, as this may alter the intended finish.
Full-grain leather is a natural material. Subtle variations in grain, markings, tone and patina are expected and form part of the character of each piece.
For substantial cleaning, crystal servicing or electrical maintenance, professional chandelier servicing is recommended.
