The Cachemire Chandelier is conceived as a suspended work of sculpture—an exploration of movement, transparency and light on an architectural scale.
A composition of translucent sculptural elements sweeps through space in overlapping folds, creating the impression of weightless fabric suspended in motion. Rather than following the repetition and symmetry of a traditional chandelier, Cachemire is deliberately fluid. Broad sculptural gestures are balanced by smaller folds, openings and areas of negative space, allowing the installation to reveal a different composition from every vantage point.
Fine linear striations travel across the translucent surfaces, catching and refracting illumination while preserving the delicacy and visual lightness of the material. Integrated points of light illuminate the composition selectively, allowing some passages to glow warmly while others remain quieter and nearly transparent.
Above, a slender elongated canopy and fine suspension system provide an understated architectural counterpoint to the movement below.
Designed for grand dining rooms, galleries and significant residential interiors, Cachemire is not simply suspended within a room—it becomes part of its architecture.

CRAFTSMANSHIP & DETAILS
The Cachemire Chandelier is individually made to order as a large-scale sculptural lighting installation. Its composition brings together a series of translucent sculptural elements arranged at varying heights and orientations to create Cachemire's characteristic sweeping movement.
Fine linear surface detailing travels across the translucent forms, interacting with light while preserving their visual delicacy and transparency. Layered positioning, changing projection and carefully considered negative space give the chandelier its dimensional character, allowing the composition to shift as it is viewed from different positions within the room.
Illumination is integrated discreetly throughout the installation rather than presented as a conventional array of exposed bulbs. Selective lighting produces varying degrees of luminosity across the sculpture—some passages glowing warmly, others catching only an illuminated edge, and others remaining predominantly clear.
A slender architectural canopy houses the principal suspension and electrical infrastructure, while fine suspension cables allow the sculptural composition to appear almost weightless beneath it. High-quality aluminum construction provides the underlying strength required for the chandelier's expansive architectural scale.
House of Ellory specifies the metalwork in a restrained aged champagne-brass finish, selected to complement rather than compete with the translucent sculpture.
Integrated OSRAM high color-rendering LED illumination provides refined, accurate light. Cachemire is specified by House of Ellory at a warm 2700K as standard, while alternative color temperatures and advanced lighting-control configurations may be commissioned according to project requirements.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The Cachemire Chandelier is individually produced to order and prepared specifically for its destination and installation requirements.
Due to its scale, delicate sculptural construction and integrated lighting components, Cachemire is shipped in custom protective crating. Components may be individually secured within the crate and require final assembly and positioning at the installation site.
Shipping charges are calculated separately according to destination, chandelier size, crating requirements and access conditions.
Shipping is approximately 12-15 weeks
Professional installation by a qualified electrician and experienced chandelier installer is required.
For Grand, Monumental and bespoke installations, we recommend confirming ceiling construction, electrical provisions, access, lifting requirements and installation conditions before production.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage and other destination charges where applicable.
Cachemire is a substantial architectural lighting installation. Ceiling structure and attachment points must be independently assessed by a qualified professional before installation. House of Ellory does not assume responsibility for site preparation, structural engineering or installation performed by third parties.
CARE
Dust gently using a clean, dry, soft microfiber cloth or a very soft natural-bristle brush.
Do not use abrasive cloths, household cleaners, solvents, alcohol-based products, ammonia, polishing compounds or chemical glass cleaners on the sculptural elements or metalwork.
Avoid excessive pressure when cleaning the individually formed elements. The aged-brass finish should not be polished, as commercial metal polishes may alter or remove the intended patina.
For significant cleaning, servicing or adjustment, professional chandelier or specialty lighting care is recommended.
Always disconnect electrical power before cleaning or servicing the fixture.
