Large-format furniture is shipped by specialized freight. Delivery requirements, property access, stairways, elevators, corridors and doorway clearances should be confirmed before ordering. Due to the scale of the Madison Avenue Sofa in particular, customers should review all access dimensions carefully.

International orders may be subject to destination-specific freight, duties, taxes, customs charges and additional handling requirements.

Because each piece is made specifically for the client, orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has commenced.

Professional upholstery cleaning is recommended. Vacuum periodically using a soft upholstery attachment and avoid aggressive brushing. Attend to spills immediately by gently blotting with a clean, absorbent cloth; do not rub. Avoid saturating the textile or applying household cleaners directly to the velvet.

Velvet naturally develops subtle variations in pile direction, shading and pressure marking with use. These characteristics are inherent to the textile and are not considered defects. Protect upholstery from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture. Lumbar cushions may be gently reshaped by hand as required.
