Once production is complete, the chair undergoes final inspection before being carefully packed for transit. Shipping time is additional and varies according to destination. International orders may be subject to destination-specific duties, taxes, customs charges and import requirements.

Because each chair is made specifically for the client, all orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once placed.

For velvet, vacuum gently using a soft upholstery attachment to remove surface dust. Attend to spills promptly by blotting with a clean, absorbent cloth; never rub the pile. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and excessive moisture. Periodically brush the velvet gently in the direction of the nap using an appropriate velvet or upholstery brush. Professional upholstery cleaning is recommended for deeper cleaning. Protect from prolonged direct sunlight and concentrated heat.

For Saddle Cognac Leather, dust regularly with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Blot spills immediately and avoid household detergents, solvents, oils or abrasive cleaners. Use only products specifically approved for premium semi-aniline upholstery leather. Natural variations in grain, tone and patina are characteristic of genuine hides and should not be considered defects.
