Designed to bring the presence of fine furniture into the heart of the kitchen, The Parker Island is a sculptural interpretation of the traditional kitchen island, conceived for interiors where architecture and craftsmanship are given equal importance.

A substantial stone top with softly rounded corners rests upon two monumental fluted stone pedestals, creating an open architectural silhouette that feels both commanding and remarkably refined. Fine aged-brass detailing provides a quiet transition between the top and bases, introducing warmth without interrupting the purity of the stone.

The generous work surface is designed at traditional kitchen counter height, allowing Parker to function beautifully as a preparation surface, serving island, or gathering place. Its open center also makes it particularly suited to grand double-island kitchens, where Parker can serve as the more social and sculptural counterpart to a cabinetry-based working island.

Each Parker Island is made to order, with the natural characteristics of the selected stone making every commission inherently individual.

The Parker Island is individually crafted to order from carefully selected natural stone. Its substantial top is shaped with softly rounded corners and a deep architectural edge profile, giving the island the visual weight of a monolithic stone structure.

Two generously proportioned pedestal bases are individually carved with deep vertical fluting. Their subtly tapered silhouettes soften the considerable mass of the stone while creating a rhythm of light and shadow across the surface.

Restrained aged-brass detailing forms a fine transition between the pedestal bases and the upper structure, adding a jewelry-like finishing element without competing with the natural material.

Because genuine stone varies naturally in color, veining, mineral deposits and movement, no two Parker Islands will be identical. Stone selection and placement are considered as part of the fabrication process so that the finished composition feels deliberate from every principal viewing angle.

The Parker Island may be commissioned in a curated selection of House of Ellory stone variations.

Natural stone should be cared for gently to preserve its finish and character. Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and a mild pH-neutral stone cleaner when required. Spills should be blotted promptly, particularly oils, wine, citrus, coffee and other acidic or highly pigmented substances.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, bleach, ammonia and acidic household cleaning products. Trivets should be used beneath hot cookware, and cutting directly on the stone surface is not recommended.

Natural stone may develop subtle variations and patina with use. Periodic professional sealing may be recommended depending upon the selected stone, finish and frequency of use.

Aged-brass elements should be cleaned only with a soft, dry cloth. Abrasive metal polishes should not be used unless specifically recommended, as they may alter the intended finish.
